Electric tilting/sliding glass sunroof

Ensuring your well-being is one of the major preoccupations of the
Maybach Manufaktur designers and developers.

For an extremely pleasant interior climate at all times, a tilting/sliding sunroof made from 6-mm-thick laminated glass can be fitted as a no-cost option above the rear section of the passenger cabin of the Maybach 62 and the Maybach 62 S and in the front roof section 
of the Maybach 57 Maybach 57 S.
The result: more light and more air for a particularly exhilarating travelling experience.

Solar module

Luxurious comfort thanks to natural resources: the solar module, which is available as an optional extra, harnesses solar energy for your well-being. In combination with the tilting/sliding sunroof or the panoramic glassroof it helps to adjust the interior climate perfectly in line with your requirements.

It maintains ventilation of the Maybach and delivers a continuous supply of fresh air when 
the vehicle is parked. A technically impressive solution which comes automatically with 
the panoramic glass roof and is in tune with the times.

Electrotransparent panoramic glass roof

One of the most exclusive comfort features available on the Maybach models with long wheel-base is the electrotransparent panoramic glass roof over the rear section of the passenger compartment.

State-of-the-art technology makes it possible to adjust the ambience in the passenger compartment in line with your mood: the lower of the two superimposed glass panels which form the roof 
is electrotransparent. Set to transparent or opaque mode, it delivers exactly the right light conditions to create the ambience you want.

The electrically operated sliding roof liner situated between the inner and outer panels is equipped with electroluminescent elements which can be illuminated at the touch of a switch, thereby offering further scope for creating the ideal ambience through the use of light. This integrated feature enhances comfort and adds a new dimension to the interior. It comes automatically with a solar module in the front roof section.
