Airbag systems
The airbag systems on each Maybach ensure a very high level of safety. The degree of deployment depends on accident severity and is electronically determined.
For example, the weight of the front passenger is also considered as a control parameter. Very high safety standards are ensured by two-stage airbags for driver and front passenger, one side bag and one window bag for each outer seat, working together with the 3-point seat belts with high-performance belt tensioners and belt force limiters integrated in the front and in the rear seats.
